Ophthalmic Assistant
- 6 month Hybrid Evening Course (starts each January and July) Application
- For uncertified technicians OR
- For students new to ophthalmology (clinical rotations required)

Ophthalmic Assisting Course Requirements
- Official transcripts mailed by the registrar of all education including high school and any secondary school you have attended
- One reference letter/form
- 1-page personal statement stating why you have decided to pursue this program at this time
- Resume or CV
- Official results of TOEFL Examination for students whose first language is not English
- Name of office/ophthalmologist under which you will complete clinical hours OR application for our clinical rotations
- Proof of health insurance and required immunizations if attending clinical rotations
- Completed online application and application fee
